  1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

    1. Personal Information You Disclose to Us

      In Short: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.

      We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, participate in

      activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. The information we collect depends on the context of your interactions, the choices you make, and the features you use.

      • Personal Information Provided by You: This includes, but is not limited to:

        • Identifiers: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, usernames.

        • Professional Information: Job titles.

        • Credentials: Passwords and contact preferences for account security and communication.

        • Payment Data: We collect data necessary to process your payments if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (e.g., a credit card number) and the associated security code. All payment data is handled and stored by our trusted payment processors, Stripe (Stripe Privacy Policy) and Fawry (Fawry Data Protection Policy). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

        • Social Media Login Data: If you choose to register using a social media account, we collect certain profile information as detailed in Section 6.

          All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

    • To Deliver and Facilitate Educational Services: We process your data to provide you with the core experience of our platform, including access to our PMP courses, exam simulators, and other training materials you have purchased.

    • To Track and Display Your Learning Progress: We monitor your performance on practice exams and track your completion of course modules to provide personalized analytics within your user dashboard, a key feature to help you prepare for your certification.

    • To Fulfill and Manage Your Orders: We process your information to handle your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Services.

    • To Respond to User Inquiries and Offer Support: We process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.

    • To Send Administrative Information: We use your contact details to send important information about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies, and other service-related announcements.

    • To Send You Marketing and Promotional Communications: If it is in accordance with your marketing preferences, we may process your information to send you marketing communications. You can opt out of these at any time.

    • To Deliver Targeted Advertising: We may process your information to develop and display personalized content and advertising. Information obtained via Google Sign-In is explicitly excluded from this purpose.

    • To Protect Our Services: We process information as part of our efforts to keep our platform safe and secure, including for fraud monitoring and prevention.

    • To Identify Usage Trends: We analyze how you use our Services to befler understand user behavior and improve our platform.

    GOOGLE SIGN-IN?

    In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

    Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google, Facebook, or X logins). This section provides the detailed, transparent information required for your understanding and to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

    1. What We Access When You Use Google Sign-In

      When you choose to sign in with Google, we request access to the minimum amount of information necessary to operate your account, as permifled by you during the Google authorization process:

      • Full Name & Email Address: Used to create your profile and serve as your primary identifier and contact method.

      • Profile Picture: Used to personalize your user dashboard and profile within our platform.

      • Google User ID: A unique identifier we use to securely link your Google account to your ELPMP.com account for authentication.

    2. How We Use Your Google Data (Our Purpose)

      We use this information for the sole and explicit purpose of enhancing your educational experience on our platform:

      • Authentication & Account Creation: To securely verify your identity and provide seamless access without needing a separate password.

      • Personalization: To pre-fill your profile information and create a personalized learning dashboard.

      • Service Delivery: To enable core platform features, such as tracking your course progress, saving exam results, and issuing course completion certificates under your verified name.

    3. Our Commitment to Google's Limited Use Policy

      ELPMP.com strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the

      Limited Use requirements. This is our promise to you:

      1. Sole Purpose: Information obtained from Google APIs is used exclusively to provide or improve the user-facing educational features of the ELPMP.com platform.

      2. No Advertising: We will never use your Google data for serving advertisements, retargeting, or for any marketing analytics.

      3. No Data Transfer: We will not sell, transfer, or disclose your Google-sourced data to any third parties, such as advertising networks or data brokers, under any circumstances. The only exception is when necessary to comply with applicable law or as part of a security investigation.

    4. Your Control Over Your Google Data

      You remain in full control of your data:

      • Revoke Access: You can revoke ELPMP.com's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google account's security seflings page ("Third-party apps with account access").

      • Data Deletion: If you revoke access or delete your ELPMP.com account, we will delete all Google-derived data from our active systems within 30 days. The only exception is data required for legitimate record-keeping, such as an issued course certificate.

  7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

    In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

    We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permifled by law (such as for tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). Generally, this means we retain your data for as long as you have an active account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because your data is in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

  8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

    In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

    We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of data to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

  9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

    In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

    We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to such minor's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.

    In Short: Depending on your location, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.

    In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws.   11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

    In Short: We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track signals.

    Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

    In Short: If you are a resident of certain US states, you have specific rights regarding your personal information.
